折角メールサーバーを構築しても、プロバイダーの迷惑メール対策（OP25B対策）によって外部宛てのメールの送信が出来ません。
この対策方法も、OP25B対策として色々なサイトが解説を行っていますが、内容を見ると方法はほとんど同一のようです。
基本的には587番などの代替ポートを使用して、プロバイダーにメールを中継させると言うものです。
この方法によっても、プロバイダによっては、接続を拒否されてしまうようで、大手のYahoo や biglobe 等では難しいようです。
この設定方法でプロバイダを試した所、 1社とは問題なくメールの中継を行う事ができましたが、yahoo とは出来ませんでした。
従って、下記の対策を行っても接続できないかもしれない事はあらかじめお断りしておきます。
今や、自宅サーバーから外部にメールを送れたらラッキーと言うような時代になってきているのかも知れません。
[root@meckk ~]# vi /etc/postfix/main.cf
リレーホストの部分をヤフーに設定します。
relayhost = [ybbsmtp.mail.yahoo.co.jp]:587
次に最後部に以下を追記します。
smtpd_sasl_auth_enable = yes
smtpd_sasl_local_domain = $myhostname
smtpd_recipient_restrictions = permit_mynetworks, permit_sasl_authenticated, reject_unauth_destination
message_size_limit = 10485760
ここから

ここが最後になる。

/etc/postfix/authinfo のファイル名は適当で良いようです。
smtp_sasl_mechanism_filter = PLAIN は各プロバイダーの認証方法に合わせます。
例えば、LOGIN CRAM-MD5 PLAIN 等ですが、小文字で書いたり、併記している解説例もあります。
/etc/postfix/authinfoファイルを作成します。
ヤフーの例ですが、前にも述べた通りヤフーはメールリレーを拒否するようです。
各自のプロバイダーで設定してください。
gmail でも同様の設定で可能のようです。

私が試した所では、

上記エラーで駄目でした。

[ybbsmtp.mail.yahoo.co.jp]:587 fedora:Mypassword

[ybbsmtp.mail.yahoo.co.jp]:587の後に半角のスペースが入ります。
fedoraに自分のアカウント名を入れます。
Mypasswordに自分のパスワードを入れます。
パーミッション関係を設定します。

authinfo.dbを作成します。

メールの中継だけでしたら、submission の使用だけでOKです。

postfix を再起動します。
問題なければ、念のため再起動しておきます。

これで、プロバイダーの代替ポート587 を経由して外部にメールの送信が可能になるかも知れません。
なかなかプロバイダーの差によって難しい部分がありますから、うまくいかない場合には試行錯誤する必要があるでしょう。
